Polyvagal Informed Coaching | Therapy & Leadership & Development
When High Performers Operate from Survival Mode
Many leaders carry invisible pressure.
They function well.
They decide quickly.
They hold responsibility.
And yet internally, the system is often bracing.
- chronic activation
- subtle control strategies
- difficulty resting
- over-responsibility
This is not a character flaw.
It is nervous system physiology.
Regulation Creates Sustainable Leadership
When the autonomic nervous system regulates:
Clarity stabilises.
Relational safety increases.
Decision-making deepens.
Energy becomes sustainable.
Leadership shifts
from pressure
to presence.
My Approach
Science. Embodiment. Feedback.
Polyvagal-informed Leadership
Understanding how physiology shapes behaviour, connection and performance.
Trauma-aware Development
Working with protective patterns rather than fighting them.
Real-time Physiological Feedback
Using biofeedback (Physiocam) to make regulation visible and trainable.
International Online Coaching
Making the Invisible Visible
Through online sessions combined with physiological feedback, clients gain insight into:
- stress patterns
- recovery capacity
- regulation flexibility
- embodied leadership presence
Coaching trajectories are available in 2, 3 or 4 month formats.
Structured. Measurable. Embodied.
SSP & RRP in Online Coaching
Sustainable change does not come from insight alone.
It comes from regulation.
In Humanwise coaching, we integrate the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) to support the nervous system directly.
SSP helps the system recognise safety in connection — improving listening, presence and relational ease.
RRP supports deeper states of rest and recovery — especially in chronically activated systems.
Both work through the auditory system, closely linked to the vagus nerve and autonomic regulation.
Integrated into online coaching, these protocols help clients move:
- from understanding → to embodiment
- from control → to regulation
- from pressure → to presence
Because lasting (personal) leadership change starts in the nervous system.
